Supervision Services
Lirpa Health offers supervision services in Texas. Check back for updates on other Texas service areas to include electronic supervision. LCSW Clinical Supervision for LCSW Recognition, Supervision of Probationary Initial or Continued Licensure, Board Ordered Supervision for Probated Suspension, AMEC (Alternative Method of Competency) participants.

Immigration Evaluations
At LirpaHealth, we specialize in providing comprehensive Immigration Evaluations to support individuals navigating complex immigration cases. Our licensed mental health professionals offer detailed psychological assessments tailored to meet the legal standards required by immigration courts and attorneys.
Workforce & Professional Development
LIRPA HEALTH offers onsite trainings and webinars to healthcare providers including social workers, counselors, physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other medical providers and personnel. Please check back for updates. Submit a contact form to express interest.
Pre-Surgical Assessments & Reports
Pre-surgical evaluations for pain procedures & bariatric assessments.
Charge $180 for Pre-surgical evaluations which includes a report.
Payment plans and sliding scales payments are available.
Bariatric weight management & Chronic pain management Individual sessions $90/session.
Insurance is not accepted at this time.

You can book a session through our online scheduling system or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
Absolutely. Your privacy is our top priority, and all sessions are held in strict confidence.
At this time we work with headway & sondermind to process insurance claims for some services. For some services we accept credit cards, Zelle for payment. Please call for more information.
Your first session will be an open conversation to understand your concerns, set goals, and create a personalized treatment plan.

Requesting Your Health Care Records
You have the right to request a copy of your mental health records.
To request your records, please submit a written request to your treating clinician or to the practice directly. Requests may be made via email, secure client portal, or in writing. Records will be provided in accordance with state law, including Texas law, and applicable privacy regulations.

Filing a Consumer Complaint
If you wish to file a consumer complaint regarding mental health services, you may do so with the Texas Office of the Attorney General:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
